What scopes do you all recommend for a Muzzleloader? I got my first one yesterday in a trade. It is a Tradition Tracker 209 .50 cal.
I'm looking for some .58 Caliber round balls. I'd like to find them locally rather than order them.
I have a .58 Caliber round ball mould if anyone can cast some for me.
I had one of those, and actually after I was shown how to shoot it, enjoyed the heck out of it. A guy I worked with wanted to buy it so I sold it to him. It sure was tough to clean though! For the last year I've been collecting Single action Western Revolvers. I've pretty much completed it with the ones I wanted (and could afford) at 14 Guns. Mixture of Ruger, Uberti, Cimarron and Great Western Arms.
Now I have deceided that to further my interest in Guns of the West, It's time to add some Black Powder revolvers So I have a Pietta 1858 New Army .44 Cal Brass frame Texas model on the way from Cabelas. The best part of the BP revolvers is they are about half the price of the Single action revolvers.
Hey msuspartin Do you have a time for this event ? Time they open to close?Fred,
ON the weekend of Feb. 18th is the Conner Longrifle Antique gun and Living History show at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds. Many merchants with .58 cal roundball there.
