That sucks. I just listened to him on Marc Maron's podcast about a month ago. He was super high energy and excited about what he was working on.

He had a very interesting life and told some great stories about his Dad, growing up riding horses and getting into acting through working in the art department which was his first love.

He wrote a 10 part JFK mini series he was going to produce and direct with Tom Hanks that never got made. And of course he talked about some of his iconic roles.
