A different kind of "Locoweed"! Sounds like MJ would be safer for the animals though.Well it’s about time to replant the alfalfa, I’m gonna have some happy cows.
You forgot Administrative Law Judges, I don’t recall ever voting for one of those. But sure sounds official when you see there rulings on issues.Legislative branch? We don't need no stinkin' legislative branch when we have EO's, activist judges and unelected bureaucrats to make the rules!

I don't know if anyone actually thought that there were people in federal prison for simple marijuana possession. Of course this is political. What isn't political in October of an election year?GWP reports:

How do they make $$$? Tourism ? I’m confused. There is nothing saying the states can’t make it illegal, what Indiana would do. It would take away the cash cow from to many counties that use ditch weed as a revenue source. I-65 at about the 220+ mile, SR-39 between Monticello and N. Judson. Basically anywhere ILL. tourists travel into Ind. The locals are aware, it’s been growing in these places for over a hundred years, one quart of round-up sprayed by INDOT would do it. But they don’t. $$$$
Stoping the out of town folks when they stop to pick it then run them through the system. Bail bonds men, lawyers, fines, towing charges, the whole legal system. Locals are in on it, they report to PD, cops show up make the arrest start down the money trail. Been doing it for over 50 yrs. Well known secret. Different counties have different things. Try speeding through Benton county with ILL Plates at the 41-63 split. Same thing, different day.How do they make $$$? Tourism ? I’m confused.
Quite a few deserve this certificate of achievement.Didn’t he sponsor the legislation years ago that has incarcerated so many for minor pot issues?

Totally poll driven. If this was such an important issue for Joe he could of done it on day one when he was signing all the other orders that screwed up our country.
And why isn't this being driven by the legislative branch of government? Isn't that where laws are supposed to originate and be changed?
