The Biden administration is mulling over taking executive action finally by using an immigration law that's been on the books for some 70+ years. one that Trump used as part of his border policy to try and stem the flow of illegal border crossings.

They have been trying to blame the border crisis all on the Republicans in congress saying that they are an obstacle, and their hands are tied which is bogus because Biden has had other options already on the books that he could've deployed at any time during his presidency prior to now to stem the flow at his disposal.

He is only considering doing so now because of all the blowback from not only Republicans but Democrats all across the nation including sanctuary states and cities alike leading up to the 2024 election.
