    Put it this way, if you are used to cheap, paper-thin bacon that's mostly fat and takes longer to separate than it does to cook, you have no choice but to go crackly-crispy. However, if you like the thicker cuts, then you can experience a meatier and juicier flavor that can only be achieved through the "limp" product. :D

    I would add that if it is good quality thick sliced like Wrights, it doesn't have to be limp to be nice and chewy. That's what I'm used to and its spoiled me. When I go to a restaurant, I usually order sausage because the bacon is a disappointment.

    On a side note, I plan on bringing some to the Chop In! :yesway::ingo:

    Crispy for sure, I was raised on burnt bacon thanks to my grandfather lol but I prefer it to be crispy, limp bacon feels undercooked to me >.> Even tho i like my meats all medium rare, my bacon MUST BE CRISSSSSPPPYYY
