It was over 3 years. Still, 50 guns a year is a crap ton. I’m sure there are plenty of people here who sell 10-20 a year, which isn’t far off. BUT if the article is true, which I doubt, sounds like 24 Glock 45s were bought and sold, though they said “24 model 45s and AR style pistols”, so it’s unclear. It is not uncommon for someone to sell several of the same gun, as they play around with different ones. But sounds like he was buying a lot of the same guns from FFLs and selling them at a profit.He bought and sold 150+ guns in like a year.

Either way, innocent until proven guilty in my mind. This no knock 6am raid was begging for tragedy, and the outcome was horrible for all parties. And lastly, none of this should even matter in the slightest because the ATF should be abolished.
Even if he was breaking the law, it’s the same as serving a no knock warrant on someone selling too many cars per year without a license and shooting them in the head. There is no difference. It is inexcusable.
