You can't go wrong with the CAS-V. Love them, myself. Light, rock solid, and cool looking to boot.

Casv-el action in the background, might turn into an eod clone.... Added kac sights to the mk12 today, I need a mod 0 to go with it...

WHat is the strap (of some sort) around the stock for? It looks like it is preventing the adjustable stock from locking into place. (?)

It's to hold the latches from jiggling, they are annoying when loose. Keeps things a bit more firm.
ranger bands also are good for holding chemlighs and gps on your stock

    Here's what I'm starting 2017 off with.

Top: 10.5" Anderson 5.56 on a Spikes Lower, Vortex Spitfire 1x prism scope (Wife's build)
Bottom: PSA 8.5" 5.56 on an INGO Lower, Trijicon MRO red dot
(just converted this from .300 BLK to 5.56 today, will be using the 8.5" .300 BLK barrel later for another upper build)

Top: M&P10 .308, Vortex Sparc AR red dot with a Primary Arms 3x LER Magnifier
Bottom: PSA .223 Wylde on a Spikes Lower, Aimpoint Pro red dot

Ruger AR556, basically stock except the Magpul stuff in grey, it's my KISS rifle

M&P15-22 with a Primary Arms red dot, great plinker for me and trainer for the 7 year old daughter

Beautify family you have there, brotherman. I can honestly say they are all really sweet shooters.

BA, the pistols are lots of fun. I haven't shot one yet that didn't leave me grinning ear to ear. :D

Nice pictures T-Dogg. How's that M&P10 308 working for you? I've heard mixed reviews on reliability, but accuracy always seems to sound good.

The new toy LWRC ICDI, been wanting an LWRC forever just could not justify $2500 for a heavy piston system so the DI version was a great option for me. Got the Tungsten Grey color and it goes great with the Legion 226.

Trying optics out for a while :)

Top rifle is my "A4" clone, haven't decided if I want to put a KAC rail back on or not yet. Bottom rifle is my Noveske build, Larue stealth middie barrel, also first nicer rail for me. They both shoot lights out if I do my part, sling will be on the carbine this weekend then they're done for a bit. Love AR15's!!!
