Applied for the new Plastic duplicate. Still haven't gotten it

It's been about 2 months since I applied and paid for my plastic duplicate license and it still has not been mailed to me. Anyone else had to wait this long?

Applied 10/1. Still no plastic license here.

ISP appears to be prioritizing the cards. I just confirmed with a buddy that his NEW LTCH app was approved 10/21 and he had his plastic in his hand several days later.

So it looks like they are printing duplicates/replacements when they have time.

Been about two months for me as well. I even got an email about a week after filling out the app and giving them my $$$$. I called them back right away to get their questions answered. About two days after the first email, I got another. I called them and told them I had already called in and verified my info. They said someone forgot to check my name off the list. I will be surprised if I ever get it the way they are running the show.

I was told they are doing new issue then doing replacements.

Now the question is when do they decide to switch and start doing replacements, because they will always have new issue to be done?

Although I can't remember when I actually applied, it was at least 2 months. Don't fret it will eventually arrive.

It can't have been more than 2 months and 2 days even if you applied on the first day you could and received it today.

FWIW, I applied for my duplicate on 10/1 and received it on 10/17.

I ordered my duplicate the first week of November and just received it on Monday.

Nothing yet. No emails, no phone calls, nothing.
