Could point out, how do you have power over someone, when they can also carry a gun.

I generally pick my arguments pretty conservatively, most people already know the truth and aren't interested in reason, logic, or anything but an echo chamber. There was some conversation about it. Nice thing about people like her is they'll listen to me just as intently as the history channel saying how Atlantis was aliens that artificially evolved us and gave us math but left for whatever reason. The downside is she'll listen to the next person telling her how horrid gun owners are too.
