Thanks BBIThere are several sprays/waxes that you apply and buff off that reduce fogging. Any of them can be overwhelmed eventually, but they make a big difference. Catcrap is a popular one.
Or get Lasik.
Many years ago I read of a preventative for this. It was using a paste made of water and glycerin, which you mix together to make a paste and then apply a thin coat to the inside of vehicle windshield. This should be able to be used on inside of eyeglasses. I have to wear eyeglasses all the time with my vision,so I know all too well the problems fogging up of glasses can cause. Hope this might help you. There are several sprays/waxes that you apply and buff off that reduce fogging. Any of them can be overwhelmed eventually, but they make a big difference. I use this for my glasses while on the bike. Mostly my clears for when it rains. This is what we use...

When the masks were required, our glasses never fogged. Even breathing directly on them doesn't fog.
It's a process to apply, but the results are worth it to us.
