Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott noted recent declines in the city’s homicide rate and said the shooting Tuesday indicates a need for national gun reform. “We have to deal with this issue nationally,” he said. “We have to get serious about guns.”

Sounds like Mayor Scott needs to ask nicer for his criminals to turn in their guns, then his local problem would no longer be our national problem.

This doesn't sound like an "active shooter" as much as gang activity?

Also why the shooter is still in the wind, with no clue as to who they are?

News cycle gonna wind down on this one pretty quick?
