I 100% agree. That gun at the top right in the first photo is a 3" Model 60-15 (non Pro-Series, unfortunately, lol). While I really like the 2" and shorter Centennials for pocket carry, the 3" makes an excellent belt gun. There's a little more muzzle weight and sight radius, and it makes more efficient use of magnum ammo. The J-frame is trimmer and easier on the waistline than a K or L Frame, and the 3" barrel is still short enough to not dig into the seat when you sit down.I love my 2" J frames, have fallen love with my model 60-15 Pro series .357 3". makes the magnum rounds a joy to shoot with rubber grips.
I sold my 3" SP101 to my brother to fund that 60, and while I do miss it a bit because it was also a great gun, the 60 is just incrementally better. I console myself with the fact that it went to a good home, and I retain visitation rights, lol!
