9mm lrn load data

I have just started reloading and have been having a hard time finding load data for lrn with power pistol. I have 124grain and 147 from Missouri bullet company.

Sometimes you have to experiment. The Alliant web site has Power Pistol for JHP bullets but none for LRN. There is also some info here:

Check oldreloaders post at the bottom. He claims it's an email from alliant for reloading lead. I've stumbled into this email quite a bit looking myself.
