I just bought a .357 mag pug brand new from charter arms as a back up. MY main gun is a Glock 22 in .40 but what about a .357 5 shots?
Does anyone shoot the 357 any more, or even wheelguns for that matter? It seems as though everyone is high on semi autos, not that I don't own my fair share of them. Does anyone out there still like the big fireball and boom of the 357?
The gun I'm happiest buying this year (so far ) is a used S&W 65-3 4" .357mag. Has been a blast to shoot, carries comfortably (well, after my hip conformed to the cylinder anyway) and has helped bring in 2 new shooters with some lighter .38's.
Also have a S&W 66-1 4" .357 with adjustable rear sight, but it's just too darn nice a shape that can't bring myself to shoot it much.
This is my semi-neglected honie-pie:
