Not exactly! Mostof that 30,000 came from other places for the promise of Obama money. A town the actually had 75% of it's people living in section 8 would be the very definition of the term "Hell Hole"!

I had no knowledge of this till I saw it on the news this a.m.. When I turned on the TV and saw it going on I immediately thought this is some fool trying to pass out bags of rice to savages in some third world country. I thought this guy is gonna be dead.
