Is 9mm the new .22LR?
give Aguila a try ... I love the stuff
My LGS says their suppliers are telling them that 9mm and .223/5.56 are now 'allotted', whatever that means.
So in other words any commercially available ammo the gov currently uses is not freely available for 'people'.
What bad can come of that?
I'm just going to imagine that's the entry way to your house...
Walk in the front door, put your case of carry ammo back in its appropriate place, full combat load of mags back in the wall hangers, sling the rifle over the front door, change into your slippers and jacket, grab your SBS for casual TV watching defensive needs, and ask to the kitchen what's for dinner.
I now have new life goals.
Uh...no 12ga?
LOL(I have "too much" already).
I have 30k rounds of 9mm coming in tomorrow afternoon. 10k brass, 20k steel case. That should last a couple days at the store.I stopped by Cabelas this morning and while they didn't have what I was looking for, I bought some .22LR and 30-30 which were in fine supply at the time. I "loaned" my M & P 22 to my son and sent him off with ammo, so I needed restock. The 30-30.....just 'cause.
However, "military" cartridges and 9mm seemed in short supply (I have "too much" already).
It was pretty busy in the gun department for 9am on a Monday.
