Grain mill really for the wheat berries. Other than that water and cooking supplies, maybe some recipies. Now I would want lots of other things to add flavor but it will atleast keep you alive I guess.

Correct...but a serving of meat is what, 2-3oz these days? I think they are referring to serving sizes of different food groups (like the food pyramid back in the day).
