I had a sear for a Ruger .22 that didn't fit quite right, I called late on the Friday afternoon before Labor day and talked to a very polite person who said that they would drop the correct part in the mail as they were headed out for the long weekend. The part arrived the Tuesday after Labor Day...all done with no charges to me whatsoever.
