That's an old video. That cop had numerous complaints against him and is no longer a cop

Seems that Detroit police are leaning more and more to the right these days. Perhaps the lack of sufficient police force is making them appreciate citizens leaving criminals in the front yard to be bagged and tagged rather than having to chase them all over the place.
