I can't speak to 22LR pump rifles, but I just got back from a shop and their stock seems to be back to pre-March levels, mostly. They have the popular Glocks, but not as many as before, lots of AR rifles, and AR pistols. The guy behind the counter said that they are getting gun shipments...
Thanks for sharing. A quick review of their website shows other Glock models in stock. I have been looking for a Glock 45 (G45). Damn, they also have at least one G48 in stock. I guess a road trip is in store for this weekend.
I am starting to see more guns. I saw a Glock in real life for the first time in months at my LGS. I am also seeing more Glock models on GunBroker. Now, if only the price will come down a bit.
It has begun. I went to a LGS two times for over the past two weekends and I noticed their magazine stock was reduced by about half. I have also noticed that G17 Gen 5 mags are going out of stock at many popular online retailers.
I am also having a hard time finding standard capacity CZ 75...
"2 is 1 and 1 is NONE." exactly.
Although you may not have the parts interchangeability with the AK's; they are so tough, you will not really ever need spare parts.
It is for this reason why I want to sell one of my AK's. I don't shoot them regularly, and I don't particularly like how they shoot.
However, this rationale says I should sell both AK's. I guess I may have an emotional attachment to AK's in general, thereby my reason for only wanting to sell one.
I have two AK's and I am thinking of selling one of them. I need help deciding which one to sell.
One AK is a Norinco MAK-90. The other AK is an Arsenal SGL-10. The SGL-10 is made by Saiga and is supposed to be very close to a true Russian AK rifle. Both are chambered in 7.62x39.
Which...
I am a big fan of these too, especially the TSW versions with integral light rails. There seem to be a ton on the market right now, I believe they are ex-CHP. I see the 4566 and some 9mm variants with integral rails on the market every so often.
I believe the West Virginia State Police issues...
The MR762 seems to only be an incremental improvement. The piston systems in the AR platform is still needs some improvement and I am not sure I like the buffer going into the stock. I have high hopes and I am saving my pennies for an FN SCAR.
I think the consensus is that this is due to mismanagement. They make good products that are in demand. I have been wanting a Tac-14 and an MSR for a while.
From the four rifles you suggested, I highly recommend the Tikka. I don't think you should go the budget route, as you will quickly outgrow it.
You should also consider the following: Ruger Precision, Sako S20 (will be released shortly, fingers crossed), and the Sako TRG. I am also a big...
I started this quest several years ago and I settled on a Desantis horizontal magazine pouch. They have since discontinued this model. However, you will still see them from time to time on ebay, sometimes in new condition. I almost went with the Galco HMC, which is still in production...
