VRA is a very fun place to shoot, its only 25yd for rifle, but the video targets make it like an arcade with real guns, they're opening a 270 degree bay for classes as well. It's a nice change if you get bored of regular ranges.
This rifle was the winner of the first Gunstruction "Build It, Win It!" Contest.
Currently it has a magul STR and rattle can camo paintjob on it, no light or VFG.
Spikes tactical lower parts kit

Don't even try it.
As far as having one in your car, I used a trunk mount for mine.
If you HAVE to it beside you, I'd look at mounting it on the side of your center column.
I think a lot of you guys need to get your heads out of your asses and realized that prices will NEVER be the same as they where before sandy hook. When manufacturers/retailers realize people will buy this stuff at a ridiculous up charge why on earth would they drop them back down? It's about...
Thought about it, I live near a world class paintball field as well, It's just not the same. almost as expensive too.
I'm kind of surprised that theirs not too many places that allow that kind of shooting though, but I can see where insurance agencies would be freaked out.
Anyway thanks...
Basically they want to train as real as possible to be ready-ish in case of a SHTF situation or whatever it may be, I don't mean like a militia or anything stupid like that, Mostly run n' gun drills and what not, I always thought doing a run n gun through a wooded environment would be really fun...
iley is far too much of a drive. I am training with people from Ft. Wayne, so that is unlikely.
Atlanta looks very nice, and they allow those kinds of drills? I'm talking about breaching/cqb/squad tactics and such.
Is there anyplace to do more long range stuff in the woods?
I've been for a "modular" range or piece of land for me and a few friends to do some more "dynamic" drills and run and guns. In simple words, some place that isn't just shooting straight in a stationary position. Do these places even exist in Indiana? I'm in Anderson, the closer the better...
Not really, It's pretty damn wasteful and useless, If anyone would like to enlighten me on Practical uses for full auto I'd like to hear them, cause I think they are pretty much pointless unless you're in the Military fighting.
I'm yeager is gonna get a ton of flak from this, all those dvd's where Tactical Response.
He wasn't so tactical if you ask me, rather an epic fail (thank god), So, if he was planning some mass shooting or whatever stupid reason you'd have all that crap in your car I doubt he would have done...
I watched the commercial and it seemed they where more interested about the aurora victim talking about her stomach and intestines falling out than talking about the gun.
Not watching.
