You do NOT have to signup for A or B if you have Employer Insurance & there are more than 20 employees in the plan When you do retire- you can signup 3-6 months in advance to take effect when the Employer's coverage expires Part A is free - but part B is ~$200/month with Deductibles ... also...- radar8756
