Nice example of the ZFK 55. I've always found those to be interesting. A country taking all those efforts to making a 'sniper' rifle, that mostly appears to resemble their standard rifle, the K31, but having nearly no interchangeable parts with the standard rifle.
Do you plan to fire it...
I hear you.
What I like to do, is to steam spinach, collard greens, and kale. (I just happen to grow all three of these.) All of one, or a mix. Whatever you like. Then, a little seasoning, if that's your preference.
Mine is a 1950's vintage BRNO Model 4 22 LR Target Rifle.
I would like to pick up a few extra apertures for it, and possibly the rear receiver-peep sight to use instead of the mid/leaf sight. Right now it has a small Weaver scope on it. I need to take it out punch some holes sometime again.
I do quite a bit of the same. Although, I do not triple-check the powder weight. (I use an RCBS beam scale. Using check weights before I start a session, and recheck after. Also a zero-check. Never had a an issue.) That does seem to be a little excessive.
I am not a high volume reloader...
