PSA Patrol Carbine
i ordered 3 stripped PSA lowers at the labor day special; my brother and i are looking at building up a couple different ARs. the finish on all 3 were flawless, and i got 3 sequential serial numbers to boot! we're looking at building one up for my dad's 60th in May, and looking hard at the PSA... -

2011 NWI INGO MEET & SHOOT Year In Review
i have 8 saddle horses collecting dust in the garage, so when we donate plywood, the combo makes easy 4x8 tables, and there's less to bring back to the cars to boot. caution: may not be good idea for cooking tables... fire + wood ='s more fire! hauling the card table back and forth with a bum...- danimal

Upgrading the red dot sight on my Ruger MkIII
well, the burris mount for the fastfire says the dovetail insert works for the mk1,mk2, and mk3. i'd venture a guess that the mount you're looking at for the 2 would fit your 3. i don't own either model though, so just food for thought.- danimal

Upgrading the red dot sight on my Ruger MkIII
i have a fastfire 2 myself. out of couriosity i checked out the image they had at midway. i'd agree that i'd be turned off if it actually looked like that, but it doesn't. (note the big red dot on the lens in the 2nd picture is not the emitter of the sight, but the anti-red-eye from the digital...- danimal

For those that were waiting for the sale, you may be disappointed... Palmetto State Armory: Second Amendment Week Rumors appear to be true about the $50 lowers for labor day, unfortunately you have to drive out to South Carolina to get the deal. -
