That's brutal work from what I have seen. Those guys go from relatively warm environments to very cold temperatures all day long. I've heard the turnover is fairly high also because of the working environment. But.... it's a job!

Mark Steyn made these same points in one of his books (which is an excellent ready BTW). The birth rates of these other cultures is much higher than those of the host country. So not only are they outproducing the resident culture, their numbers are also over-taxing the host country's benefit...
