I was there on Saturday but jerky was all that followed me home.
Did it seem smaller this year or was it just me?:dunno: Just not as large of a selection for some reason it seemed.
Hopefully I can make it.
Depends on work but if it goes like the rest of this year I'll still be on unemployment. :xmad:
A day here a week there we'll see as the day gets closer.
Very nice rifle and scabbard, I need me a 94.
WOO,
I purchased the 2 gun case for my M1A and Ar's/shotty, its big and the quality is pretty good compared to others I checked out. My only complaint is I wish there were some type of molle system inside to adjust the rifle placement. The way it...
I have a loaded model that will eat anything, just stay below 180 grains and have fun! Heavier loads (180+) can bend the op rod.
168 and 175 Federal Match are the most accurate I've tried so far, with Hornady TAP or SST's falling in the most explosive category.
TAP rounds erase watermelons...
Things must be changing, about a month ago you couldn't find one anywhere. That's a reasonable price, go for it, you won't be sorry.
I almost picked one up but went with the .40sc instead due to already having others in the same caliber at home. Definately fun little guns!

Welcome from Valparaiso!
I'll be heading your way soon with my boat to enjoy the benefits of your back yard. That is, if the boat launch isn't too full. :bat: :)

I live about 5 minutes south of the club (49&2) and have never been. Too bad I missed this thread,
would have been cool to go check things out. I've been interested in idpa for a while now but have yet to go shoot a match.
Gotta go lose my virg!nity sometime soon, I'm missing out on way too...
^ That's what I've been told also. The 30-30 has been around a long time
and would work for any deer I wanted to shoot.
Matt
edit to add have you ever priced 458 socom? That is if you can find it without
having it shipped from the internet.
I would love to take the big bruiser I've seen around with my M1A.
308 is a little large but with the right load would make for a great stalk/hunt.
Either way my muzzle loader will be ready.
Matt
^ Nice setup, what scope is that?
I was looking at the Falcon Menace for mine, installed the cheek rest,
but haven't ordered yet because the irons are soo much fun to shoot with.
Matt
Yep, found that too.
One trip down with the Ar's, had a guy come over asking about my setup and we bs'd for quite a while.
He said he was a Beta tester over at Arfcom and gave me a 1st gen Pmag.
I offered to pay but he wouldn't take my money so the price was right!
Magpul was just...
I go there often, but not sure when my next trip will be.
Normally take the M1a, Ar's, SBE II, and automatic clay thrower down for as long as she lets me. :)
I've been hanging out over at Kingsbury also. Better range but costs $4 with a 100yd max.
