I'm looking to sell a Doublestar AR lower that's brand new. Ordered a while ago and since then realized I don't want an AR. Price is $110 face to face in the Lafayette area.
They've certainly won back my respect, just wonder why the 1-9 twist barrel. Never thought I'd say it but I might be giving a ruger a look in the future. uess my reply was useless, by the time I buy they'll be around.
I'm looking at doing a VZ 58 build. Just need a receiver and a muzzle break still. Anybody else done one, know who does them, or even interested in helping?
I dunno about them. It seemed that as soon as they came out they were being sold used. I still see them everywhere on the buy/sell/trade boards. I don't know why so many people are unloading theirs so soon.
I would have bought a bunch of $70 mosins specifically for this if it didn't make me feel dirty turning in a perfectly good rifle to be destroyed.

I have a WASR 10 about 1,000 rounds down the tube. Great condition, cleaned regularly. Accesories are 2 30rd mags, 1 leather sling, red star arms retainer plate replaces the standard shepherds crook, bayonet and sheath, cleaning kit, cleaning rod, slant brake. $400 takes it. I prefer FTF but...
