I would suggest to refinance with a 15 year fixed. You would still save money (even if you do pay it off in 3 years) and would have the security of a relatively low payment even if interest rates skyrocket and your income changes.

Correct...but a serving of meat is what, 2-3oz these days? I think they are referring to serving sizes of different food groups (like the food pyramid back in the day).
Don't confuse a good business model with a good charity. Walmart's donations amount to approximately 2% of net income (and a much, much smaller fraction of revenue). A well run charity can give 85-95% of total donations directly to the "cause".

It should be noted that there is a bit of a learning curve involved with the mac products. While it would be helpful to "test drive" a mac, don't be overwhelmed if you don't get it right away. I've had my imac for 5 months and am still learning little quirks, tips and tricks.
