      17 year old kid shot dead by Neighborhood Watch "Captain"

      Regarless of what happens, this case will be a very important step forwards/backwards for the 2A and self defense cases here and on forward. Its been blown out of proportion in my mind. Due to the publicity it has gotten it will be referenced for many years to come.

      Took a bullet to the head yesterday..

      Uhhhhh This is a little unsettling for me. So what should I shoot at steel wise? Ive been using 9mm and 22LR at 50+ yards at MCFG targets they have there. I did take a 9mm, .40 and 30-30 to a Ford Rangers flywheel one time at 35-40 yards. Prolly was not the smartest idea I have ever had. :rolleyes:

      DOuble edged sword. Even if you defend yourself, by the time the police realize they may have the wrong house(or whatever the situtation is) you are already dead from defending yourself from unlawful entry. Do not really see a way of getting out of that situation. :twocents: Either way, LEO's win.

      Trine University in Angola has a strong Criminal Justice program and a hangun team. I think they are pretty active with it. Its not technically a state school nor private? When I looked at going there I checked into it. The pistol range is almost on campus. Side note, a girl I went to school...

      You have to profile people! If you do not then your are just being an oblivious idiot and assuming everyone is harmless. Everyone is so uptight about offending someone. Seems you are just better off to be robbed and shot rather than defend yourself. Makes my blood boil... :xmad:

      What's a Good holster for Bicyclists

      I use the back pocket of my jersey when I ride. I have a little bag under the saddle but it ussually has my phone and a park tool. I just bring along a Keltec .32Auto so its easy to store.

Now they are just saying that ZImmerman should have not gotten out of the car and that Martin was profiled. Its pretty cut and dry for me, self defense.
