Looking good. I've planted alot of turnips in the past and the problem is the deer usually have them ate down to nothing by the time you're really wanting them to be there.
Thanks for input fella's. I've seen them for around $400 with the 26" barrel, all camo version. I think it would be hard to beat that price for a gun that will shoot a 3 1/2 shell
Not really. We have MC Sports, Dick's, and a place called Four Seasons gun shop. They have limited hours and not sure of their selection. Bloomington needs a real gun shop. I spent 1/2 day during duck season just to find some steel shot in this damn town.
Hi -
I'm looking to buy a new gun for waterfowl/turkey hunting and am looking into the Benelli Nova. Wonder if ya'll have any input....good or bad? I would like to shoot 3 1/2" shells. :patriot:
Thanks
Tilled this weekend as well. Got a question, what is a good rule of thumb with adding lime to your garden? I've considered buying the soil test kit and checking out the ph levels. My soil is mostly fill dirt/clay that I have put manure and compost on for the last 3 years.
Chance - Is there anyway you can send/post pictures of this idea? I'm thinking about running conduit along the length of the boat with 2 "Tees" on each side and running an upright from those. and then another Tee at the top. Just worried about folding it down during transport.
I just bought a 14' smokercraft jon boat last night. It is in pretty rough shape but going to use it for duck hunting and the price was right. Has anyone out there have any ideas on a homemade boat blind or what material to use for the frame? I am planning on using camo burlap brushed in for...
I'm a new guy on here. Just moved to Bloomington from So. IL. Just an average hunter who plinks a little and am always looking for new toys. Nice to meet all of you.
