There's actually a lot of airsoft in shooting sports outside the US. Mixing things up might be something to consider here if we want to target younger generations and the influx of new gun owners. Personally I'll keep shooting as long as I have ammo and can get it or reload it reasonably enough.
Craig likes big bullets and he cannot lie! I don't know who keeps inviting that Charlie Mike a-hole, but it was a beautiful day to be out on the range regardless. Fun stages even with the reduced round count. Thanks to all the folks that made it happen.
I know it costs more to run a match with multiple classifiers, but that might be an option as well. That can help keep the round count down while also offering an incentive for people to come out and shoot.
I used an Ed Brown suppressor ready drop in barrel. It took some minor fitting. I didn't notice any drop in accuracy compared to the factory Springfield barrel. It's not as quiet as my suppressed 22, but 230gr ball ammo suppresses well in my setup. Springfield 1911 with AAC TiRant 45S.
