      Oh the possibilities. A flock of free range chickens, 2 or 3 heritage breed pigs. and a chain saw could clean that up and make some tasty protein. Long term Apple, Plum, Cherry, Walnut, Pecan, and Chestnut trees could turn that space into a nice income.
