You've shown no credible reason to discredit the report. If you don't like it, find contrary credible evidence.

      Is Cummins Anti gun..2nd Amendment?

This is, apparently, old information. Cummins claims to have no current position on the gun issue. A former CEO (73-94), Henry Schacht, was very anti-gun and a huge contributor to anti-gun groups.

Iowa issues handgun permits to legally blind citizens

This is the usual anti-gun mantra, you don't want me to have nukes, you don't want me to Sarin, do you? It's absolute nonsense, a blind person having a gun is not a danger by them merely having it any more than it is for a sighted person to have it. If your blind you're subject to the same laws...

Sen. Coats will not vote to defund ObamaCare at next CR...

I still haven't forgiven Coats for 1994. I think if he keeps up his "Lugar Lite" act I'll maintain that policy.

Colorado attempts to recall Senators over gun control laws

The New Republic should start billing itself as a humor magazine with this side-splitter: "But it's still the national fight that matters most, "by far," says Alec MacGillis at The New Republic. "There is only so much impact state laws can have when guns are so easily trafficked from states...

Indiana man sentenced to 8 mo. in prison for teaching people to beat polygraphs

Oh come on, is this contagious or something? He wasn't just innocently giving training. He was asked for assistance with specific criminal acts by people he knew or thought to be engaged in illegal conduct and willingly provided that assistance.

Indiana man sentenced to 8 mo. in prison for teaching people to beat polygraphs

It's not the same, I know you have to keep up the pretense for rhetorical purposes, but its just not the same. Not that I necessarily agree with what was done here, but I see that the defendant didn't stop at mere speech, he was an active participant in abetting the illegal conduct.

So, if there is a ban and Kirk says to you, steveh_131 how should I evade this gun ban, and you say, give me $1000 (actually, he was charging $1000/day, ouch) and I"ll tell exactly what to do, then yes, you'd be sharing adjoining cells.

Assad tells Charlie Rose: Obama runs a 'social media administration'. Shamefully

No, not really, the article is correct, he's merely a strongman dictator and leaves the blood to others. He's much like Obama, Obama wears suits and let's his ATF henchmen walk guns to Mexico to be turned around to be used on U.S. Border Patrol agents and to influence policy debates. If Obama...
