      It's not as hard as you're making it out to be. Granted, I wouldn't recommend Michael J. Fox go about it this way, but anybody who is capable of swapping handguards is capable of doing this without damaging the rifle in any way.

      Tulammo has been very inconsistent in my wasr. I prefer Wolf WPA as I'm able to get hit after hit on a 5" plate at 200 yards. Take apart a few Tulammo rounds and measure the powder charge. I've seen as much as a 0.7 grain difference within the same lot #.

      Idk how the Indiana regs would view a "firearm" rather than a handgun but if building a .308 off of the AR platform, keep it under 26" OAL. Any pistol longer than 26" is no longer considered a pistol but simply a firearm.
