      Thank you to all our Veterans. I am glad our Veterans have at least one day a year to be honored, they deserve it. I personally want to thank my dad who served in the Army for 23 years and survived the Korean and the Viet Nam wars. He is my hero for sure.

      Where we live no kids are on our country road and it makes me sad I can't pass out candy for Halloween. I enjoy seeing the kiddos dressed up. I used to go to my brothers just to pass candy out so I could see the little kiddies. Hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween.
