      If you like the idea of the Jeep top bag, you can also find bags for soft top windows. I had one when I had a Jeep.Soft, zipper bag with felt inserts between the windows.

      I have had rear sights fall off a pistol. I have had front sights loosen in their dovetail and shift POI from shot to shot. Having spent 40+ years repairing electronic equipment, I'm very aware that they can, and will, fail also. Ultimately, if you haven't trained for an equipment malfunction...
