So how do you keep those who are not responsible enough to begin with out of the range?? You can't. I understand the point being made here but there are too many irresponsible people that would cause incident or injury. Even 1 irresponsible person is too many.

i loaded about 20 115gr 9mm RN lead cast bullets. tested them last thursday. loaded them with ramshot competition 3.0gr & 3.5gr. subsonic. they were fron SNS casting. they seemed ok as far as functionality goes, didn't chrono or shoot through my 9mm suppressor. planning on doing more tests...
