If you've never seen a squirrel's claws up close & personal, you likely don't realize just how vicious a squirrel really can be. I was deer hunting once, and there was a 1" limb about eye level 2 feet to my right... yup, squirrel started walking out on the limb, let me tell you, it's no surprise they're able to hold onto small limbs like that and jump from limb to limb etc with the claws they have.

I tried a quick google search for pictures but came up empty handed... lets just say I would prefer to be clawed by a cat than a squirrel...

Yeah, my father told a similar story of when he and a buddy were squirrel hunting and the guy he was hunting with had a squirrel who he thought was dead come to. He said that squirrel was dragging it's claws down this guy's back. Mentioned that it was quite comical watching this guy trying to get out of that jacket.
