Your house. Lights on or off?

When I am home alone, no lights at all.
When my wife is home, "Every light in the house is on".

If the lights were off, you'd have the advantage since you know your own home an they dont.

I personally leave my front porch light on only. It's enough for me to let me see deep into my front yard, otherwise, thats what my Streamlight TLR1 is for

I have a big light on the barn that covers the front yard and drive, but I don't keep any lights on in my house unless I am using them.

And if I get up in the night, I don't need light to get around. I haven't rearranged my furniture in nearly two decades and I can easily navigate this place in darkness.
