27 and love my LCR. Don't own one but the sp101 is one of my favorite handguns ever. Also want a gp100 so bad I can taste it. Just gotta get a battle handgun first (m&p).

Same here. Age and all. My main carry is an SR9c, but if my back is hurting bad enough, I go LCR in a Bianchi Remedy OWB covered by a T-shirt. Disappears completely. Ever since I bought that little guy, I've been yearning for a full size GP100 .357.

I do not own a wheelgun right now, but I do want to get one badly. I like them a lot, 3" SP 101 is my favorite of all. I can hold that and aim and be right on naturally it seems. The only down side is the weight for daily carry, so I also like the LCR in .357.

I'd love to have both one day, but that may never happen so even either one would be great for me at this point.

I am 24 and I don't carry one as my EDC but I do love my Ruger Service six .357 with a 4" barrel, that and my Smith and Wesson Governor are the only two wheel guns that I currently own. I would really like to find a Smith and Wesson 686 stainless with a 6" barrel to go with my dads but haven't been able to yet.

I'm 20 years old and carry a Ruger SP101. I still love my 1911 and heavier 45's, but love to carry a a small/light revolver. I am WAY more accurate with it than I am any semi-auto too. I switch up what I carry depending on where I am going, but my SP101 is my favorite.

I've had my 2.25" Ruger SP101 in .357 magnum since December 1994...and it's still one of my favorite revolvers! Accurate too!

So what are you carrying that qualifies as light? I've never actually heard anyone say the sp101 was light before lol.

i guess I no longer qualify as young btw, but I'm not old either so I still posted here!

I think a loaded SP101 is about 15-20oz less than a full loaded 1911. Maybe 10 less than my XD45c.

Turning 50 means buying yourself a nice revolver to celebrate the occasion :)

Just wait till the wife comes home. I'm going to show her what you said!

I can't help but think your right about that but I made a couple gun purchases this month so I'll have to settle for a N82 holster for my EDC.
