They are gritty, somewhat mushy. I would say no worse than a glock trigger.
Would buying from the Springfield's custom shop void the warranty ?
You would not like the trigger for bullseye shooting or bragging rights, for close range self defense it is better than some (Kahr , Ruger LCP) and likely not as good as others, but ok.
In my opinion.
Probably powder river precision makes a trigger kit for it, or I think you can buy a juiced up version from Springfield's custom shop.
