    Where's the bacon?
I've not gone through the various state pages in a while, but if I count correctly, that means a holder of a IN LTCH and a UT CFP can carry lawfully in 34 states, once this change becomes effective.

AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN,
KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NV, NH, NM
NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT,
VA, WA, WV, WY are the states I reference, the ones in orange being gained by the addition of the UT CFP.

KS and SC still allow others, but not non-residents of the issuing state, and not IN.

CA, CT, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, NE, NJ, NY,
OR, RI, WI still do not allow anyone without a badge or their permit to carry.

Glad to see WV moving toward "common sense legislation". :rockwoot:

    Blessings,
    Bill
