WTB: AR Upper (Colt 6920, BCM, or LMT)

I realize that it may be a long shot, but I'll try my luck. I am looking for 16", NIB or LNIB uppers that are either Colt 6920, BCM, or LMT.

I might also consider a complete LMT carbine.
