That typically solves the issue. As long as that "republic" is in there, there shouldn't be too much right wing anxiety.

Personally, I think the country is just too focused on race for it to be a white person right now, so he's gonna have to play the race game just to shut people up.

Of the non-white picks out there, I think the best (as I still believe in quality) are Tim Scott, Candice Owens, and Ben Carson. In my book, either of them are good enough that they should be on the list even if race were not a factor.... which should be the case anyhow.
