Just for the heck of it, if you are in the Indy area, contact Bradis. They can usually get a VEPR at a very good price.
I am waiting to hear back from one of our distributors on some VEPR x54 and .308 rifles as we speak.
I think I would consider selling my PSL and all the gear for the Vepr sporter, I would add a SVDS folder, get rid of the hanguard, and a nice PSO optic for that side rail,
this handguard
this folder
ohhhh man, Im getting that feeling
Shooter, give us a heads up when these are "near" in I might just get one.
I highly recommend getting a 54R VEPR. I love mine, and it's incredibly accurate even with mil-surplus ammo. The barrels are much heavier than the PSL and they also have RPK trunnions, thus allowing it to shoot heavier ammo.
If you are referring to centerfiresystems ....theirs are .223,7.62x39 and .308. No 54r.There is a certain deal at a reputable online store/ vendor that is carrying 308 54r etc vepr for 499.00
Oh and this is no joke, whats going to be funny is if you miss the deal.

Exactly! Because now the flippers will go buy them instead of collectorsWell I dont like to notify 40,000 people where 499 dollar veprs are currently on sale, 54r was first to sell out 2 days ago. Post like this im sure there is nothing left for you guys who waited to get into Russian Aks
Good things never dieAnd you guy's realize that this thread is a year old?
