I haD been buying my .45ACP lead cast bullets from Vance at the 1500, and they have worked well for me although the last couple boxes have been short a few bullets. Now that Profire has been carrying the Indiana Bullet Company bullets I've picked up a box of theirs to try. No results yet, but I'll post my thoughts after I get some down range.
I cast my own, there's another option. I do buy them too, Indiana Bullet Co makes nice ones and they can be found via Google all over the interweb. I haven't had any trouble ordering them over the web except the occasional wait period for them to be made up. Now that I think it might get warmer out though, I will be casting mine. Then there's the whole snowstorm coming through so who knows when I will be able to cast again.
Standard bullet company in Des Plains IL. I have yet to see any body beat their prices or Unique Precision Bullets looks good or my third choice would be S&S Casting.
You will have to call Standard because he does not keep up on his website.
