My first one was an old Savage Crack Shot .22. It is a single shot and was older than the hills when I got it around '64 or so. I had a Savage 24d for my next one .22/.410 man I loved that gun and wish I still had it.
Crosman 2100 BB gun for my 12th birthday! Which I still have!
First actual rifle was a Ruger 10/22 that I bought as a high school graduation present for...myself. Still have that one and it probably gets shot the most.
Ruger 10-22 I still have the receiver from it, and a few of the trigger parts, Everything else has been changed out... Stock, Barrel, mag release, Sear... Think that's all.
Still love it, will never sell it, only leave it to my daughter in my will.
Marlin 336, 30/30. The very next day i shot a boar at 75 yards with iron sights while running. Weight 250#. what a great gun. I got three boar that trip in two days. That Marlin was "spot on."
Remington Nylon 66, Mohawk Brown with tube fed from the stock. Had a yellow sticker on the stock that said stock was made of zytel, and was guarenteed never to break, chip, crack, fade or peel. And it never did. Wish I still had it.
