Boy, that brings back some memories.
I'd been looking at pocket pistols in the Big R store in Anderson, and they had a phoenix-raven type .25 for 49.99.
I told my first wife that's all I wanted for my birthday, and lo and behold, she went over there with me and bought it.
That next winter I was out running around with my dad, and happened to be able to shoot a rabbit broadside with it. nice shot right in the clockwork. Then the rabbit hopped off, and I had to run it down and kill it by hand. When we cleaned it, we found an entrance wound, one pretty much destroyed lung, and the bullet. That was as far as it got.
PO'd my wife, but I traded that cannon in for a .380.
It was a cheapie too, and is long ago worn out, but I still have it.
