used H&K USP Fullsize 9mm. while cleaning after my first time shooting it, i found a hairline crack in the slide and took it back for a two-tone USP Compact .40
My first one was an H&R Sportsman 999 (.22 LR) and still have it. I upgraded a tad on my second one...a nickel-placed Colt Diamondback .38 spl. Had it until May of this year when it was stolen. Grrrr...
As far as guns I carry or shoot, a Glock 23 was my first if you aren't counting what I was issued in the military. I still have it, looking to trade out for a g26 I think though... If you count guns I've never actually shot or carried my first handgun is a nazi issued luger my grandfather took off of a german officer in WWII.
My first was a 25 cal something i carried in pocket when working nights at wake up gas i was 19. AT age 40 gun two was a gold cup been 1911 ever since.
Harrington& Richardson Model 949. Blued, 9 shot 22LR revolver, 5.5" barrel, styled like a single action, but it was double action. Traded it for a Ruger MK II, which i still have.
When I turned 21 in 1975, I bought a used Colt 380 semi-auto from the 1940's. I lived in the Chicago suburbs, so I couldn't carry it. I paid $125 for it. I still had it until 2 years ago when I traded it for $200 toward a Glock 17 at the Indy 1500.
H&K Model 4 with the .22, .25, and .380 barrels. I bought it when the pawn shops around Fort Campbell were littered with them in the $150 to $175 range. Wish I could find one at that price now.
i have a springfield xd 40 sub compact i love it it is a blast to shoot. the only thing that i dont like is that it is alittle top heavy. other than that i love it
