Okay folks... I need help here... I recently built a couple of AR PISTOLS.... the questions is, can ANYTHING be added to the buffer tube that will still keep it a "pistol"? I have seen foam covers, and SIG makes interesting piece that wraps around ones arm... I was thinking about attaching a carbine cheek/riser piece that usually fits over the collapsible stock piece, to the buffer tube... don't really want to go to the "big house" though...
Didn't know if anyone knows how the NFA rules read or if someone has a link to answer this question... I know guns like the Mare's Leg, essentially has a short "stock" on it, but I don't know what makes it legal, or not ILLEGAL. If it's length, circumference, etc.....
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
